May Mini Craft Day

We are having a Mini Craft Day! 

Date: Saturday, May 19, 2012

Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Where: Suncrest Ward Building

Money will be due on April 22nd.  Sign-ups will begin on Sunday, March 25th.

Felt or Flannel Flower Scarf

Scarf Example

Cost:

   Option 1 - you provide your own fabric -$1
   Option 2 - choose between 3 colors - $6

Description: Layered felt flowers which make up a scarf

Provided: Super Glue, needles, thread, fabric (if you choose option 2)

What you need to bring: Scissors to cut fabric

Create a bright wreath that will add sunshine to any room. This simple craft is made

using double-sided patterned paper.

What you need to bring:

Paper trimmer (if you have one), 2 sided paper (if you choose option 1), or diecuts (optional).

If you choose to  bring your own paper, you will need to bring the following items:

4 pieces of 12in x 12in double-sided cardstock paper

3 diecut shapes (optional)

1 yard of coordinating ribbon

"Grow" Spring Letters

Grow Example

Cost: $10

Description: "Grow" letters painted with spring colors and paper modge-podged onto the surface.

Provided:  Wood (painted), paper, glue, brushes
